For the coming weeks I will be focusing on healing practices for the nervous system and our adrenals – grounding, connecting with our inner rootedness and cultivating an enduring cosiness and peace within :  that sustaining  inner fire of our loving hearts.

These classes are of one hour duration and include guided visualisation, breath work, warm up exercises, stretching, a focused kriya of the week, deep relaxation and meditation. I intuitively share live music and chanting as part of the class.
