Call of the Beloved

A series of classes to support women to heal the wounds of love. Inviting us to be rooted in our innate dignity and divinity and through the power of sacred sound and mantra, to experience the expansive and devotional embrace of the timeless One

Kundalini Yoga ( as taught by Yogi Bhajan) is associated with the house of Guru Ram Das the fourth Sikh Guru who is associated with the heart, healing and selfless service.

Perhaps we are living in a world that denies the Soul and has little capacity to entertain the power of prayer and the presence of the divine? What then can we do if we seek relationships of integrity and purpose? Do we want to invite the higher standards that we would wish for ourselves or are we as women being expected to compromise our values and our vision?

The yogic teachings remind us that women lead through our presence. Our power is in our grace.

As the western world has inherited a condition where the space of woman has been atrophied : there has been a core imbalance and the role of the woman has appeared to be a choice between the virgin, the mother, or the sexualised maiden. With the celebration of Brigit’s Day this has come as a suggestion that balance is being sought, yet this is not enough. To bring a lasting remedy to relieve the imbalance in the world as it is today – women’s grace, intuition, wisdom and sensitive presence must begin to gain ground. Too long an outwards focused energy has sought to shape the world in His own image, ignoring the subtle realm of awareness and reciprocity : domination, control and brutality has been the result.

This is an invitation to learn to truly listen and allow a blossoming from within – rather than imposing a strict pressure of how one “should be”.

As woman, we are givers and carers, mothers and workers – we are often overstretched and overwhelmed – carrying the world on our shoulders. It is possible to cultivate our sense of inner enoughness and completion, resting on the fount of joy and health within us.

There are many teachings of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation to support women to step into qualities of authority, grace and dignity.

In the realm of positive vibrations and elevated consciousness, I am excited to share these powerful teachings, shabds and mantras.

To learn and sing these mantras shabds is to have a powerful tool to direct the flow of energy of the mind opening to a powerful and intentional space of reverence and purpose : we amplify our prayers and call in what we need into our lives.

When we practice together we amplify our prayers and intentions 🙏🏻❤️

Quote from a discussion on Bhand jammee-ai ( more here):

“Woman is the nucleus of the universe yet she is not aware of the power of her integrity and grace.

Guru Nanak recognized the need to empower woman to her grace for the sake of society and the future generations. Woman has to live with Integrity. But in most cultures, woman is downgraded.

Even in todays’ modern liberated society of the West, woman looses as she is living through her sexuality or she is competing with the man. A woman on sale has betrayed her own grace which is where her power dwells.”

Recitation of this SHABAD can bring a God shield around her to stop indignity and bestow the dignity.

Preparing the Way : Cultivating Love Within

We look to the power of Love, the divine love that is present in the spirit of sacrifice and compassion, commitment and integrity. We look at how we can cultivate a healthy flow of energy through our heart. Through the lens of devotion, through chanting and the sound current we can open the heart and cultivate a relationship to this experience of the Beloved; a concept to elevate human love to a quality of divine Love.

Release the Pain of the Past : What is holding you back?

Forgiveness. Healing the Wounds of Love. You receive what you give. How might we be stuck in the past through holding on to past hurts. We release the past to live more fully embodied in the present.

Opening the Heart to Love : Strong Foundations

Opening to love. We focus on the heart. The central sun. Dropping emotional defensiveness. Love is ours – we cultivate it within us and share with others. This is not something that is a commodity to be measured but rather flowing through us as we shift our perception and understanding to embrace the divine life of the soul.
