At an individual level, the path of healing can be dynamic and introspective – supporting the body and mind to function at optimal levels, connecting to our intuition and our soulful creativity and tuning in to the messages of our dreams. I have found Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan to be a most effective technology to activate the hidden potentials of the body and mind, systematically working on many different levels to effect healing and positive change.
