Coming together – with purpose and intention.
Together we are stronger – moving from the “me” to the “we”.
These are some recordings and images from the Glendalough Retreat 14th-16th March, 2025.
Míle buíochas, a thousand thanks to All who joined and made this such a special experience remembering the wisdom of early Christian Ireland, celebrating the Irish language and our cultural heritage surrounded by the beauty of Glendalough.
Meditation and Yoga from the Kundalini Yoga tradition, rooted in a spiritual wisdom that recognises the unity of All life, affirming the Oneness : regardless of religion, caste, culture or creed.
The same spirit that is found in the leadership and teachings of Christ, Íosa, continue through the invitation to transform, excel and live our destiny.
May this Easter be a moment of renewal for the spirit and soul , that there may be peace on earth, in our homes and in our hearts.
Now is the Time
words by friend, author & teacher Guru Fatha Singh Khalsa
Now is the Time that we’ve been waiting for.
To ferry across to the farther shore…
All the wonder and all delight await the One who comes to Light
Ár nathair
Ár nAthair atá ar neamh,
Go naofar d’anim
go dtaga do ríocht
go ndéantar do thoil are an talamh mar a dhéantar ar neamh
Ár n-arán laethúil tabhair dúinn inniu
agus maith dúinn á bhfiacha
mar a maithimidne dár bhféichiúna féin
agus ná lig sinn i gcathú
ach saor sinn ó olc.
Our father, who art in heaven,
Holy be thy name,
Thy kingdom come,
Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us,
And lead us not into temptation.
But deliver us from evil.
‘Sé do bheatha a Mhuire
‘Sé do bheatha a Mhuire,
Atá lán de ghrásta,
Tá an Tiarna leat,
Is beanaithe thú idir mhná
Agus is beanaithe an toradh do bhroinne, Íosa
This is the first part of a traditional prayer that has been said for many generations of Irish people , in the Irish language.
Hail Mary, full of grace, the lord is with thee, blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
