There are so many benefits to the practice of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan. It really has to be experienced for yourself. A Kundalini yoga class includes breath work, warm ups, chanting, a yoga set, meditation and deep relaxation. Each class or workshop is tailored to address a specific theme or issue and works to engage the endocrine system and nervous system as well as emotional, psychological and spiritual dimensions. I like to accompany my classes with live music sharing healing chants and intuitively guiding an experience of deep relaxation. I have also hosted retreats since 2019 with a focus on the energetic thresholds of the year, at Winter Solstice & Brigit’s Day ( Imbolg ).

I trained as an instructor of Kundalini Yoga in 2014 and have taught classes for adults, teens and children, in schools and through the Irish language. I also completed trainings for Radiant Child Yoga, Sat Nam Rasayan Level 1, Yoga for Post Traumatic Stress ( PTSD), a Level 2 Certification Authentic Relationships ( with Shiv Charan Singh) and a course of study in Naad Yoga, on the healing power of sound and mantra with Mata Mandir Singh Khalsa.

As in nature the life force retreats into the dark realm of the roots, we too are called to anchor our awareness in unshakable ground, to nurture our vitality and resilience.

This will be an empowering workshop to kindle a fearless spirit, nurture immunity and prepare for the months ahead. You will receive a practical toolkit of powerful and effective kundalini yoga practices, including breath work, movement & active meditation to spark vitality and nurture the resilience of body, mind and spirit. Followed by Deep relaxation with live music.

Breath of Life       2 – 4.30
Breath is one of our greatest allies. Working consciously with our breath, we can bring peace and stillness to the mind and calm the nervous system. In this workshop we will explore the restorative power of rhythm, breath patterns, sound, chanting and meditation followed by a guided Deep Relaxation with live music.

Workshops include live music on frame drum, low whistle and guitar.
