
Life brings challenges. Sometimes we may view these as obstacles, in a negative light and yet …they may be a door and an initiation. As we suffer in some way we may begin to call to something greater than ourselves, we create space for our soul, our divine nature and our connection to the source of all life.
Slowing down and allowing ourselves to be very still we allow the systems of our mind and body to settle – we come to simply be ourselves.
There is a joy that awaits us in connecting to our soul, to a deeper sense of ourselves. It is possible to actively work with all the stories of our lives, to transform our thoughts and our experiences, to transform our suffering and be an active and conscious participant in the healing of our world.
Through working on our nervous system, our endocrine system and our minds to cultivate inner peace, we can become more present and be an anchor for peace.
Kundalini Yoga & Meditation provide a scientifically proven methodology for working with difficult emotions, our nervous system and all the systems of our body, improving our wellbeing on all levels: emotional, physical, mental, spiritual. There is also a community element whereby the strength of our prayerful focus is amplified through group practice.
