Kundalini Yoga & Meditation with Live Music

Offered as individual tailored sessions, via zoom (or in person where possible) – a one to one class gives you the opportunity to engage with your own healing, your mental and physical well-being with focused attention to your individual needs.

A typical class includes warm up exercises, breath work, specially chosen yoga sets and meditations as well as  allowing time for deep relaxation with live music on guitar, flute and frame drum. I will also speak to whatever areas or issues you may with to address through your home Kundalini Yoga & Meditation practice. you’ll receive support to implement your personal practice.
