Kundalini Yoga and Meditation offers a tried and tested body of teachings to elevate the spirit, strengthen the body, clear the effects of stress and connect with the core essence of who we are, beyond judgement or identity.

On the altar of infinity may we acknowledge the vastness of the cosmos and honour our capacity for sensitivity and creativity.

Kundalini yoga and meditation is offered as a technology to meet the challenges of our time.

Sunday morning classes give an opportunity to create a sacred space of connection to our soul and inner wisdom, to quieten the mind and release the affect of stress on the body.

Each class has a different theme and you can join for a single class or purchase a block of four classes ahead of time. I will send you a zoom link to join.

A good start is half the work.

Renewal is the theme of this class as we set a tone for the coming weeks. We will practice a yoga set to nourish creativity and clarity.

Our meditation will bring a sense of expanded consciousness so that we can bring depth and breadth to our visions and intentions for the future with courage and poise.

In this class we focus on preparing the inner ground of awareness and inner vision so that we can grow and expand our horizons : rooting deep into our inner anchor of awareness . We practice a meditative yoga set and meditations to expand our self awareness, and elevate the spirit. A focus on the aura and the heart centre allows us to cultivate courage and radiance so that we can express more of our true selves into the world.

Meditation: Clearing the subconscious mind from past conflict to release stress and invite harmonious relationships.
