Meditation for Atomic Radiation

There has been a “news blackout” in Japan – so most of us are not aware of the seriousness of the present situation in Fukishima. This would be a good meditation to do at this time.

The robots that they are sending in to the Pacific Ocean can’t even cope with the radiation – needless to say we are all connected – and the fisherpeople and ocean aware on America’s west coast are also noticing something is amiss!

The power of our subconscious mind is such that we can all be part of the solution for this and other crises of our time. Anxiety and worry do not help but we can learn to become masters of our mind and shape our destiny through awareness – bring the centre back to ourselves – go within and win out in that eternal battle of our mind and time-bound ego for control.

Intelligence is everywhere – in every cell of our body – not only in the mind : Feel this ,

Experience yourself as a being , connected to all beings, and all that IS – not separate : :

Meditation for Atomic Radiation

Even if you are not affected by Radiation – you can practice this meditation and it will benefit your fellow human beings.

“If your inside is in a turmoil, this meditation will prevent you from dying. It can be done anytime, and its effect will be to calm you, to energize you, and to relax you.” – Yogi Bhajan
How to do the meditation:

Sit up with a straight spine

Let upper arms hug your sides

Hold your lower arms so the hands are at the neck level

Palms face away from the Body

Hands are in Gyan Mudra ( thumb and index finger touching)

Chant this Mantra 3 Times on one deep breath

Continue for as long as you want – singly or in a group.
If in the event of an atomic war you are not destroyed, radiation will not kill you if your gene aura is 1 inch thick.

PRAANAA is the life force corresponding to the electron, APANAA is the eliminating force corresponding to the proton and SHUSHMNAA is the central force corresponding to the neutron. The beauty of this mantra is in the touch of the palate and tongue.

There is music to accompany this meditation available on the internet

“praana apana”

Doing this meditation as a group multiplies the effect.

Always tune in with the Adi Mantra : Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo : )

Followed by the Mangala Charan mantra.
