Through powerful Kundalini Yoga and meditation practices, guided visualisation and relaxation – we create an opportunity for healing our own femininity so that we may allow ourselves to blossom into the power that we embody as women.We will practice specific yoga and meditations that have been given to support and power women.

A Journey of Transformation
It takes 40 days to break a habit. What is holding you back? Many of us have unhelpful habits of negative self-talk. We may not be aware of the negative programming and beliefs about ourselves and the world that colour our experience. We may have experienced trauma & loss, or there may be areas where we feel stuck or that we have given away our power as a woman. We all desire to live with more creativity, playfulness and joy – to step into our authentic expression of who we are, our true essence.
Our cultural paradigm has been one dominated by the strength of the mind rather than the wisdom of the heart. Instead of domination and oppression we feel called to compassion and co-creation. Rather than silencing voices in the cause of a homogenised narrative of complicity – we call upon a multiplicity of voices raised in celebration and joy. When have the interests and needs of the feminine been truly honoured ? We look to the mothering capacity of woman, the value of intuition and creativity and love.
This unique offering weaves together the powerful technology of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation,
Reflective Journaling, creative expression and supportive community.
The aim of the course is to work through the body-mind and spirit with awareness to become conscious of and to to rid oneself of negative influences or traumas of the past.
This 6 week course is designed to assist you in letting go of negative past experiences and to initiate a new pattern moving towards experiences of greater love, joy, confidence and inner strength. Each week features a core class of kundalini yoga & meditation, and we share three creative-expression support sessions over the course of the six weeks. Committing to a daily meditation can help to achieve lasting change as it takes 40 days to break a habit – and through this six week course you will have an opportunity to be supported in taking that courageous step.
As we see so much suffering and challenge in the world it is easy to become “de-centred“. Loving through our most authentic self allows us to move with grace through these times – and to bring in those values, capacities and feminine strength that the world so desperately needs to mend the imbalance.
In the world today, the essence of being a “woman“ has been entangled in many layers of unhelpful expectation and a culture of disrespect towards the body and the tender and sensitive heart.
She thought that she was locked out of the kingdom...
She held the keys all along.
Truly however, when we connect with our undying and fearless, creative, soulful nature, and begin to experience that joy that is our birthright we can begin to know the great gift of our sovereignty and self-acceptance – no longer looking outside ourselves for validation or security.
Guidance and support is always available to us when we know how to connect to the deep wisdom that dwells within us.
What does the course involve?
Nourishing weekly classes of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation focused on healing and empowerment as a woman. Each class includes grounding warm-up exercises, a focused nurturing yoga set, deep relaxation and meditation with live music. We will also share creative presencing sessions at three points in our course at the beginning, middle and end to explore the course themes in a grounded way – for lasting positive change.
As part of this course you will:
- Share 6 online classes of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation (1.5 hours each ).
- Experience a daily 11 min meditation ( to build your arcline and power as a woman).
- Share your challenges and receive support through the Sutra sharing platform.
- Explore weekly Journaling prompts.

Journey of Transformation
A focused series of workshops to assist the healing and rejuvenation of body, mind and spirit. Each class is supported by an opportunity for guided journalling, and support is provided for individual meditation practice which it is recommended to complete over 40 days. Featuring breathwork, guided visualisation, warm ups, a yoga set, deep relaxation and meditation. Live music is also part of these classes.
